- New Hampshire native, he has a degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Colorado College.
- He’s been a newspaper reporter, editor and columnist for 40 years.
- Dan created Apprenticeship Training Programs for the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training.
- In the late 1970’s, he solved Affirmative Action/EEO problems for Massachusetts cities using collaboration with local governments, community outreach and community colleges.
- In 1981, he created a widely acclaimed Employee Motivation/Employee Recognition Program about which the U.S. Government’s Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service said, “We are extremely impressed with this example of how successful labor and management can be when they work together to improve productivity, employee attitudes, and labor-management relations.” [Government Study]
